He earned a BA in culinary arts, and then traveled the world working for prestigious restaurants, including Alinea in Chicago, Bouchon in Beverly Hills, at Gordon Ramsey's Los Angeles hotel. Chef Andy Hyde's philosophy was shaped by his various mentors and his culinary hero, Paul Bocuse.
